After tabulating the nominations, here are the results! These are the stories you, the fans, have decided were among the best of Forever Knight fan fiction published on the Web in 2001.

Now comes the hard part—deciding for yourself which story or poem is best in its category. Please read each work carefully before voting. That author's inspiration, sweat, and love of Forever Knight are encompassed in those words.

The biggest goal of these fan fiction awards is to encourage all of us to look not only at stories that center around our normal character affiliations, but also beyond—to consider all the elements that go into making a great story, including plot, prose, characterizations, and dialogue. Try to give each story due consideration, even those not featuring your favorite characters. You might be pleasantly surprised!

And finally—don't forget to drop the author a note after you read a story you like. Feedback is an author's lifeblood, and a note of appreciation is always welcomed! A link to each author's email is provided with each story for your convenience.
