For War XII, the three heads of Cerberus (the Cousinly Leadership body) are Cousin Tok, Arletta and Cousin Tserisa. The Leaders of the Cousins have been referred to as Cerberus since War 7, and it is traditional for there to be three co-leaders (or Heads, each 1/3rd of Cerberus). All three are War Veterans from at least three Wars. Both Tok and Tser have multiple-Wars' previous leadership experience with the Cousins.
